THE SLEEPING BEAUTY PROJECT

On the island of Crete, in Heraklion there is a district called Agia Triada,
it is the sleeping beauty of the city.
This district is part of the historical center but it’s forgotten and left out.
The project is to transform the streets of the neighborhood to an ephemeral open gallery.
We use stencil and spray paint, a technique that is cheap, direct and sophisticated at the same time. Each painting corresponds to a specific site.
